At beauty of sakura, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 10-day return policy. This means you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sakurasbeauty.com with your order details.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products unsealed after delivery
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns
  • Complimentary or PR products
  • Free gifts or samples included with an order

We also cannot accept returns for products that have been tampered with, improperly stored, misused, or have broken seals.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@sakurasbeauty.com.
